Update from Artist of the Ocean......Davidee Saumik Inupuk, a small plane pilot in the Inukjuak area, says if the president of the airlines oks it, he can fly the Kasco Marine boys & their "bubblers" to the community once they fly into Quebec. Generators are still needed to run the bubblers if a big-hearted company would donate them.
