NOAA's Office of Law Enforcement asks for the public's help in determining who fatally shot a dolphin found off Elmer's Island, Louisiana. If you have information on the shooting, please call NOAA's enforcement hotline at 1-800-853-1964 as soon as possible. Tips may be left anonymously. The Whale and Dolphin Conservation Society is offering a $1,500 reward for information leading to the identification, arrest, and conviction of the person or persons responsible for the dolphin's death. http://1.usa.gov/Svozmz
